Vienna: The Sultanate of Oman, under the representation of the Royal Oman Police (ROP) and the National Committee for Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances, is participating in a distinguished assembly convened by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Vienna.
This assembly is scheduled to take place from the 28th to the 30th of August, 2024.
Moreover, the assembly will focus on the significance of social media platforms in facilitating the dissemination of electronic trafficking of narcotics and psychotropic substances. Additionally, it will examine the initiatives undertaken by various organizations and security agencies in addressing this issue.
