Muscat: The Muscat Governorate, in partnership with the Directorate General of Education, today celebrated the top-performing students in the General Education Diploma (GED) for the 2024/2025 academic year, as well as its equivalent from government, private (bilingual), and Islamic institutions. The ceremony honored 21 pupils who received a 99% or greater.
Ahmed Mohammed Al Humaidi, Chairman of Muscat Municipality and sponsor of the ceremony, congratulated the exceptional students. He emphasised the need of maintaining this remarkable accomplishment and working hard in their studies.
The ceremony featured a video presentation titled A Journey of Glory, which documented the students' journey to achievement throughout the academic year. The event also included musical performances by pupils from schools in Muscat Governorate.
This tribute emphasizes Muscat Governorate's dedication to developing great kids and encouraging them to continue their hard work, reinforcing the value of knowledge as a tool for complete development.
