Military Technological College Continues To Welcome New Students

Muscat: The Military Technological College (MTC) continues to receive new female general diploma students.

These youngsters were accepted through the Higher Education Admission Centre of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation and are currently completing the necessary admission requirements, which include written tests, medical examinations, and personal interviews.

This year, the college welcomed admission applications from both male and female students in its programs (without employment). To establish a complete educational environment that fulfills a variety of demands, the college is offering on-campus lodging for male students and specific transportation for female students.

The initiative demonstrates the MTC's dedication to providing the local labor market with skilled national individuals capable of meeting the demands of national development.

The MTC awards a bachelor's degree in its programs (without employment). Students who do not meet the academic standards can obtain an advanced diploma certificate after finishing three years of specialist engineering study.

The college's engineering degree begins with a foundation year that includes courses in English, mathematics, physics, and computer science, preparing students for specialised engineering programs. Students engage in practical training in labs and workshops throughout their academic journey, based on their specialisations. They are assigned to major specializations based on their preferences and overall education diploma scores.
