Muscat: In accordance with the directives of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, HH Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al Said, the Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs, was graciously received in his office at Al Murtafaa Garrison today by Serigne Aliou Deme, the Ambassador of the Republic of Senegal to the Sultanate of Oman, to bid him farewell upon the conclusion of his tenure.
HH Sayyid Shihab extended his gratitude to the ambassador for his dedicated efforts in fostering stronger relations between Oman and Senegal, expressing his wishes for success in his forthcoming endeavors.
In response, the ambassador commended the robust diplomatic ties that exist between the two nations. He conveyed his appreciation for the cooperation he experienced during his tenure in Oman.
