Oman-uzbekistan Business Forum Explores Available Investment Opportunities

Musqat: The Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted the Oman-Uzbekistan Business Forum today to discuss investment opportunities in both nations.

On the sidelines of the forum, OCCI and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enhance collaboration. Additionally, various MoUs were signed between companies from Oman and Uzbekistan.

Throughout the event, presentations shed light on key aspects of investment, tourism, and the economic landscape in Oman, along with the incentives and facilities available to investors across different sectors.

Moreover, multiple B2B meetings took place between business representatives from Oman and Uzbekistan.

Furthermore, a meeting was conducted between Qais Mohammed Al Yousef, Minister of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion, and Baxtiyor Saidov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to discuss ways to strengthen business and investment ties between the two countries.
