Nakhal: The inhabitants of the Wilayat of Nakhal, within the South Al Batinah Governorate, today convened to celebrate the significant event of the Royal motorcade of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik's journey to the Al Sumoud Ground of the Sultan's Special Force (SSF) for the military parade in commemoration of the 54th National Day.
The populace, who had congregated along the sides of the road, extended their heartfelt greetings and profound happiness in the spirit of the national celebration. They reaffirmed their loyalty and gratitude towards the leader of the Omani Renewed Renaissance, waving the flags of the Sultanate of Oman and hoisting banners that expressed their pride and allegiance.
His Majesty the Sultan reciprocated the citizens' genuine sentiments and warm reception.
The reception was graced by the participation of equestrians, camel riders, male and female students, scouts, and guides from various educational institutions, who collectively presented a tableau that showcased the depth of unity. Additionally, folklore troupes contributed to the festive atmosphere by performing traditional Omani songs.
The Secretariat General of National Celebrations commended the citizens for their expressions of joy and appreciation for the occasion.
