Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has apprehended several motorists following the dissemination of a video on social media platforms, which depicted these individuals obstructing vehicular traffic within the Wilayat of Shinas, located in the North Al Batinah Governorate.
In a formal statement posted on the internet, the ROP Police Command has reported: "Following the circulation of a video clip on social media platforms, which captured instances of drivers obstructing traffic on a road within the Wilayat of Shinas, the North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command has taken action. Legal proceedings are currently underway against the individuals involved."
