Muscat: The Department of Blood Banks Services (DBBS) has issued a call to action, encouraging individuals to contribute to the blood donation drive scheduled for Monday, August 19, 2024, at the Central Blood Bank in Baushar.
In a formal statement, the DBBS has highlighted the current scarcity of blood donors at the Central Blood Bank in Baushar, emphasizing the urgent need for additional donations during this period.
"The blood donation hours at the Central Blood Bank in Baushar are as follows: Saturday to Thursday, from 8 am to 8 pm, and on Friday, from 8 am to 2 pm. For any inquiries or to schedule an appointment for blood donation, we invite you to contact our WhatsApp number, 94555648," the DBBS further stated.
