One Arrested For Possessing Illegal Substances, Psychotropic Tablets In North Al Batinah

Muscat: A foreign expatriate has been apprehended for the unlawful possession of narcotics and over 2,700 psychotropic tablets.

The Royal Oman Police have reported: "The Anti-Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Department, under the leadership of the North Al Batinah Police, has successfully apprehended an Asian citizen found in possession of various substances, including crystal meth, morphine, hashish, and more than 2,700 psychotropic tablets."

"Legal proceedings are currently underway against the individual," the Royal Oman Police further stated.
