In a pioneering initiative to elevate the creative prowess of Oman to the forefront, Muscat Media Group (MMG) has unveiled The Oman Marketing Initiative Awards (TOMI Awards). This inaugural event is dedicated to celebrating the exceptional advertising campaigns that frequently remain overlooked within the dynamic media landscape of Oman.

The launch ceremony, featuring the unveiling of the brand and trophy, took place at the Crowne Plaza Muscat on Tuesday, August 27. The event was graced by the presence of Oman's most distinguished figures in the fields of marketing and advertising.

Enaam Al Ruwaidhi, a renowned youth icon and presenter for MMG, served as the emcee for the occasion. Maria Alava, the Head of Manzana Events—a subsidiary of MMG—presented a speech highlighting the importance of the awards. Additionally, the event was lightened with humor by Abbas Al Lawati, a celebrated stand-up comedian, who shared his witty remarks. The TOMI Awards are designed to revolutionize the perception of advertising campaigns in Oman, with creativity being the cornerstone of this endeavor.

"Creativity pierces through the noise," remarked Anna Popova, the Project Manager of TOMI, during the unveiling of the brand and logo. "It's time for our creative talent to receive the acknowledgment they are due. TOMI is committed to spotlighting the innovative, the daring, and the campaigns that captivate and inspire."
