Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has been graced with a formal written communication from Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmed Al Jabir Al Sabah, the esteemed Emir of Kuwait.
This communication extends an invitation to His Majesty to partake in the 45th GCC Summit, scheduled to take place in Kuwait in the forthcoming month of December.
The message was formally presented to Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi upon his arrival in Muscat today, following which Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al Yahya, the Foreign Minister and Envoy of the Emir of Kuwait, was received.
During the ensuing meeting, representatives from both nations engaged in a comprehensive review of the bilateral relations and explored avenues for enhancing cooperation across various sectors. Additionally, they deliberated on pertinent regional and international issues of mutual concern.
The assembly was graced by the presence of Sheikh Ahmed Hashil Al Maskari, the Head of the GCC and Regional Neighbourhood Department, Dr. Mohammed Al Hajri, the Ambassador of Kuwait to Oman, and several officials from both delegations.
