Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi, the Foreign Minister, received a written communication from Dr. Mohammed Mustafa, who serves as both the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of the State of Palestine.
The message was delivered to Khalid Hashil Al Musalhi, the Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Administrative and Financial Affairs, during a meeting with Dr. Taiseer Farhat, the Ambassador of Palestine to Oman, in Muscat today.
