Muscat: By the end of July 2025, the Sultanate of Oman's oil exports totaled 178.74 million barrels, reflecting a minor decline of 0.2% from the same timeframe in 2024, when exports were recorded at 179.03 million barrels.
Preliminary data from the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) indicates that the average price per barrel decreased by 12.1%, settling at $72.5 by the end of July 2025, down from $82.5 during the corresponding period last year.
The data further disclosed that the average daily oil production fell by 0.4%, reaching 991,100 barrels per day by the end of July 2025, in contrast to 994,800 barrels per day during the same period in 2024. Oman's overall oil production declined by 0.8% to 210.12 million barrels, compared to 211.9 million barrels in the equivalent period of 2024.
