The programme, which commenced on 24 August, included participation from experts across military, security, and civilian sectors.

The closing ceremony took place at the Royal Academy of Management (RAM) and was led by Dr. Nasser Rashid Al Maawali, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy.

This programme featured a range of lectures and workshops addressing numerous relevant topics and goals.

Participants were also trained in strategic foresight tools and took part in hands-on applications of future foresight and strategic analysis.

The primary goals of the programme were to integrate strategic foresight into national policies, improve decision-making capabilities through proactive governance strategies, and cultivate skills in scenario planning and risk preparedness. Additionally, it sought to develop strategic documents that align with both global and regional priorities while anticipating emerging trends and opportunities to bolster national resilience and competitive advantage.
