The Ministry of Labour (MOL) has reported that the Joint Inspection Team has successfully apprehended 110 workers in Al Wusta Governorates for breaching the labour law.
The Ministry stated that the Office of the Joint Inspection Team, operating under the General Directorate of Labour in the Governorate of Al Dakhiliyah, conducted an inspection campaign targeting private sector establishments and labour gatherings in Al Wusta Governorate. As a result, 110 workers were detained for violating the provisions of the Omani Labour Law.
Legal actions are currently being pursued against these individuals.
