Muscat: A sorrowful event unfolded on the Azki-Sinaw road, where a vehicle carrying five individuals became ensnared in the Wadi Andam stream, leading to the tragic loss of one life.
Four individuals were subsequently rescued and taken to the hospital. Regrettably, a child was swept away and subsequently discovered deceased. The Royal Oman Police has issued a cautionary note, advising the public to exercise prudence and refrain from traversing valleys during such adverse weather conditions.
The Royal Oman Police has reported: “Information was received concerning a vehicle and its occupants becoming trapped in the Wadi Andam stream on the Azki-Sinaw road.”
