Omran, Alizz Islamic Bank Forge Strategic Partnership To Drive Innovation, Development At Madinat Al Irfan

Omran Group and Alizz Islamic Bank have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic financial partnership for the development of Commercial Building No. 1 in the Business Park at Madinat Al Irfan (East).

The commitment of Omran Group, as the master developer of the project, to develop the Business Park into a dynamic hub for business and innovation, hosting the headquarters of various institutions, was reiterated.

The event, attended by industry leaders, investors, and media representatives, emphasized the shared goals of the partnership to showcase the uniqueness of the development, raise awareness about the Business Park, and attract investors to enhance the masterplan of Madinat Al Irfan.

Dr. Hashil Al Mahrouqi, CEO of Omran Group, and Ali Al Mani, CEO of Alizz Islamic Bank, delivered speeches highlighting the collaborative objectives to strengthen Oman's tourism and economic sectors through this strategic initiative.

Al Mahrouqi stated, "This partnership with Alizz Islamic Bank is a step towards realizing Omran Group's vision - to transform landscapes into vibrant, sustainable environments that significantly contribute to Oman's social, economic, and environmental well-being. The Group has a strong track record in leading tourism projects and assets, and is actively seeking to attract investment by forming strategic partnerships with investors to generate sustainable social and economic benefits."

The CEO of Alizz Islamic Bank, Ali Al Mani, highlighted the significance of the partnership, stating that it is a crucial milestone in their journey towards supporting projects of national importance. This alliance with Omran Group is a testament to their commitment to Oman's prosperous future, which is built on innovation and sustainability.

During the ceremony, there was a comprehensive presentation that discussed the vision of the Business Park in Madinat Al Irfan (East). The plans outlined during the event aim to make the Business Park a leading hub for innovation, opportunities, and growth in Muscat.

Furthermore, attendees had the opportunity to experience augmented reality technology and explore Commercial Building No. 1. This allowed them to witness the progress of the building and its remarkable engineering and technological advancements. The project is expected to be completed by 2025 and will serve as the headquarters for the Omran Group and other prominent organizations.

The Business Park is set to attract further investment, leading to the development of additional buildings and establishing its reputation as a prominent center for business and investment in Oman. This collaboration perfectly aligns with the shared vision of both entities to contribute to Oman's unique business landscape, characterized by opportunities, innovation, and cultural significance.
