Tehran: On Wednesday, a delegation from Oman, consisting of ministers and high-ranking officials, arrived in Tehran to convey the condolences and sympathies of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to Dr. Mohammad Mokhber, Acting President of the Islamic Republic, on the passing of late President Dr. Ebrahim Raisi and his accompanying delegation.
The Omani delegation included Dr. Abdullah Nasser Al Harrasi, Minister of Information, Dr. Mohammad Said Al Maamari, Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs, Sheikh Khalifa Ali Al Harthy, Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Political Affairs, and Ibrahim Ahmed Al Mu’aini, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The delegation conveyed His Majesty the Sultan's heartfelt condolences and deep sympathies to the Iranian leadership and the friendly Iranian people during this tragic event. They prayed to Allah the Almighty to grant mercy and forgiveness to the deceased and provide their families with patience and solace.
Dr. Mohammad Mokhber expressed his profound gratitude to His Majesty the Sultan for his sincere condolences and noble sentiments. He also prayed for the protection of His Majesty and the Omani people from all forms of evil and harm.
