This initiative, titled "Hello Europe," is scheduled to commence tomorrow, Sunday, and is expected to see the participation of over 70 European tourism entities.
This endeavor is a component of the Ministry's comprehensive strategy to attract visitors from a variety of international markets. The primary objective of the event is to fortify relationships and enhance communication channels between Oman's local tourism sector and its European counterparts. Furthermore, it seeks to promote Oman's tourism offerings, experiences, and accommodations, spotlight key advancements within the tourism sector, and explore avenues for leveraging these advancements in support of the Ministry's objectives to further develop and promote tourism in Oman.
Haitham bin Mohammed Al Ghassani, the Director General of Tourism Promotion at the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism, underscored the significance of this initiative in hosting European tourism companies. He highlighted that the event will acquaint these companies with Oman's unique tourist attractions and heritage sites, thereby providing a thorough understanding that will contribute to promoting Oman as a premier tourist destination.
