Muscat: Oman Air has responded to the growing demand by extending its winter schedule to include flights between Muscat and Zurich starting from 5 October, 2024.
Passengers can enjoy the award-winning comfort of the spacious B787 aircraft, allowing them to travel directly to Zurich, which is renowned as one of Europe's top winter destinations.
Between 5 and 26 October, 2024, Oman Air will operate three weekly flights on Monday, Saturday, and Sunday. The Muscat-Zurich flight will depart at 14:20 and arrive at 19:25, while the Zurich-Muscat flight will depart at 21:15 and arrive at 06:20.
From 27 October 2024 to 28 March 2025, four weekly flights will be available on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. The Muscat-Zurich flight will depart at 15:00 and arrive at 19:05, with the Zurich-Muscat flight departing at 21:35 and arriving at 06:50.
Zurich is famous for its vibrant Christmas markets and its proximity to numerous ski resorts, all within an hour's reach. This makes it an ideal destination for combining winter activities with cultural experiences and culinary delights.
Passengers traveling to Zurich or beyond can take advantage of enhanced connectivity through multiple gateways, thanks to Oman Air's additional agreements with partner airlines, which complement its existing codeshare agreements.
