Muscat: Oman Air has declared that flight WY3911, set to fly from Muscat to Salalah on July 30, has been redirected to Muscat International Airport because of severe fog and limited visibility.
Oman Air mentioned in a press release: "Our flight WY3911 to Salalah had to be changed due to unexpected thick fog conditions. We are pleased to inform you that we have resumed regular operations and are addressing the concerns of all passengers affected."
"The safety and comfort of our passengers are our utmost concern at all times. We are sorry for any trouble caused and appreciate your understanding and patience," the press release further stated.
