The Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) is set to host four Ramadan evenings focusing on current economic trends and challenges faced by the private sector.
Various officials, experts, and decision-makers will be taking part in these events.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of OCCI, Faisal bin Abdullah Al Rawas, mentioned that the chamber has developed a program for the Ramadan evenings to align with the current stage requirements and the OCCI strategy.
He emphasized that this program is in accordance with Oman Vision 2040 and will cover a range of economic topics.
The first evening will commence on Monday, addressing issues related to the business environment and the sustainability of private sector businesses.
Subsequent evenings will delve into topics such as the role of Future Fund Oman, government-private sector partnerships in economic development programs, streamlining litigation procedures, leveraging information technology advancements for commercial judgments, and criminal accountability under commercial companies law.
Al Rawas highlighted that OCCI has taken great care in organizing these Ramadan evenings to benefit the business community, particularly women entrepreneurs and individuals involved in economic affairs.
