The Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (Madayn) has recently entered into a partnership with Sadad Electronic Payment Gateway during the Comex Global Technology Show 2024. This collaboration is focused on implementing electronic payment services for investors and business owners. Through this joint effort, investors and business owners will have easy access to Sadad Gateway’s extensive payment platform, ensuring secure and efficient transactions within the Sultanate.
In line with the agreement, self-service payment machines will be installed at Masar Service Centres in various industrial cities under Madayn’s supervision. These services, which include payment kiosks and mobile applications, will provide users with convenient and secure payment options, enhancing their overall experience with Madayn’s services. The agreement was formally signed by Khalid bin Sulaiman al Salehi, Director of Industrial Incubations and Innovation at the Industrial Innovation Academy representing Madayn, and Eng Ibrahim bin Abdullah al Hosni, CEO of Sadad Gateway.
Madayn's objective with this partnership is to enhance efficiency and productivity by introducing self-service payment machines, simplifying payment procedures, and minimizing the need for investors and employees to physically visit payment centers. Furthermore, the agreement promotes digital transformation by advocating for advanced technologies and electronic payment systems, aligning with global trends, and improving user experience with seamless payment methods to boost customer satisfaction. Additionally, the agreement includes training local talents in the maintenance of electronic payment machines, fund collection, and FinTech software, as well as offering maintenance opportunities for SMEs.
