The conference titled "Institutional Change Management" commenced today in Muscat, under the patronage of Sheikh Rashid Ahmed Al Shamsi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Development.

Organized by the Ministry of Labour in collaboration with the Media Thought Foundation, this two-day event aims to deepen participants' comprehension of the significance of change management as a crucial element in achieving strategic transformation within organizations.

Furthermore, the conference strives to enhance the skills of leaders and managers in grasping structural and cultural changes, thereby guiding their institutions towards sustainability and innovation.

The event will delve into the best practices for leading successful change, as well as identifying methods for evaluation and measurement to ensure the efficacy of the transition process.
