Brussels: Dr. Ali bin Masoud Al Sunaidy, Chairman of the Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones (OPAZ), has been honored with the prestigious "Order of the Crown" by King Philippe Leopold Louis Marie of Belgium. This recognition not only acknowledges Al Sunaidy's significant contribution to strengthening economic ties between Oman and Belgium but also highlights the longstanding relationship between the two nations.
The ceremony took place at the Egmont Palace in Brussels, where Hadja Lahbib, Belgian Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Affairs and Foreign Trade and the Federal Cultural Institutions, presented the medal to Al Sunaidy. Among the attendees were Ru’aa Issa Al Zadjali, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to Belgium, as well as several ambassadors, officials, and businessmen from Belgium.
Expressing his gratitude, Al Sunaidy extended his thanks and appreciation to King Philippe Leopold Louis Marie, expressing his optimism for further growth in bilateral relations.
