Muscat: On Tuesday, January 16, 2024, the Minister of Interior of the Sultanate of Oman received the Minister of Hajj and Umrah from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
His Excellency Sayyed Hamoud bin Faisal Al Busaidi, Minister of Interior, welcomed His Excellency Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al Rabiah, Minister of Hajj and Umrah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to his office at the Ministry's General Office.
During their meeting, they discussed matters of mutual interest and highlighted the significant role played by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in the Kingdom during the Hajj season. His Excellency expressed his appreciation for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's remarkable efforts and commitment to serving the pilgrims of the Holy House of God.
The meeting was attended by His Excellency Dr. Mohammed bin Said Al Maamari, Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs, and His Excellency Eng. Khalid bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior. From the Saudi side, Minister Plenipotentiary Yousef bin Mohammed Al Awda, Charge d'Affairs of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Sultanate of Oman, and the accompanying delegation of His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah were also present.
