ASUNCIÓN: Santiago Peña, the President of Paraguay, welcomed Talal bin Sulaiman al Rahbi, the Ambassador of Oman to Brazil, as he presented his credentials as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Non-resident Plenipotentiary of Oman to Paraguay.
During the meeting, the ambassador extended the greetings of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to the president, along with his wishes for the president's good health and long life. He also expressed his hopes for continued progress and prosperity for the people of Paraguay, who are considered friendly to Oman.

The ambassador emphasized the Sultanate of Oman's commitment to strengthening bilateral relations with the two countries and improving cooperation in different areas, particularly in the economy and investment, to benefit both nations.
The Paraguayan president requested the ambassador to convey his regards to His Majesty, along with his wishes for good health and longevity.
