HM The Sultan Confers Medals Of Excellent Service, Royal Commendation On SSF Officers

Muscat: Today, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander, awarded medals of Excellent Service and Royal Commendation to several officers and non-commissioned officers of the Sultan's Special Force (SSF) in celebration of SSF Day, which is observed annually on March 15th.

The ceremony took place at Assumood Garrison, where Maj. Gen Musallam Mohammed Ja'aboub, SSF Commander, personally presented the medals of Excellent Service and Royal Commendation to the deserving SSF officers. These medals were bestowed as a token of appreciation for their unwavering dedication and sincere commitment to serving their country and fulfilling their sacred national duty.

Additionally, Maj. Gen Ja'aboub also awarded the "Special Service Medal" and the "Medal of Long Service and Good Conduct" to other members of the Sultan's Special Force who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and sincerity in their service to the nation.

During the ceremony, Maj. Gen. Ja'aboub extended his heartfelt congratulations to the honored personnel and encouraged them to continue their exemplary performance under the guidance and leadership of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander.

The event was graced by the presence of senior officers, as well as officers and personnel of the SSF.
