The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has addressed a total of 379 complaints that were received throughout the year 2023. The highest number of complaints received by the Authority were regarding flight cancellations, with a total of 93. Following closely were complaints about flight delays, which amounted to 90. Additionally, there were 69 complaints regarding delay, loss, or damage of luggage, and 61 complaints about passengers being denied a confirmed seat.
In addition to these, there were 4 complaints related to travel tickets, 3 complaints regarding changes in flight route paths, and 59 other miscellaneous complaints.
