Muscat: The annual strategic exercise "Decision Making-11" commenced at the National Defence College on Sunday with the participation of the 11th batch from different military, security, and civil units.
The primary objective of the exercise is to improve the decision-making skills of the participants at a strategic level, by analyzing key strategic issues in simulated national, regional, and international scenarios.
"Decision Making-11" also aims to achieve a balance in the utilization of the country's resources to further national interests, promote coherence in the use of global powers' tools, and foster the development of strategic thinking.
