Muscat: The Department of Blood Bank Services (DBBS) has made an urgent request for donors with blood types A+ and AB+ to contribute plasma today at the Central Blood Bank located in Baushar.
In their announcement, the DBBS noted: "If you donated blood more than a month ago, you are now eligible to donate plasma today. There is a critical need for plasma from A+ and AB+ blood types. Your contribution can make a significant difference!"
The Central Blood Bank in Baushar is open for plasma donations from 08:00 to 18:00, Saturday through Thursday, and from 08:00 to 13:00 on Fridays. To schedule an appointment for plasma donation, please reach out to the DBBS via WhatsApp at 94555618.
