Muscat: In a formal setting, Eng. Said Hamoud Al Maawali, the Minister of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology, graciously hosted Arsenio Domínguez, the Secretary General of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), in his office.
Throughout the duration of the meeting, the attendees engaged in a comprehensive review of potential areas for collaboration within the realms of transport, logistics, and maritime affairs. Additionally, they deliberated on a variety of matters of mutual interest.
The gathering was also attended by Eng. Khamis Mohammed Al Shamakhi, the Undersecretary of Transport, along with several officials from both delegations.
