Muscat: The Leadership Skills Development for Second-Level Leaders training program, designed for employees of the Muscat Governorate, is set to commence on Sunday.
This comprehensive program is structured into two sessions, with the inaugural session scheduled from September 29 to October 3, and the subsequent one from October 6 to 10.
The primary focus of this initiative is to augment the essential competencies of participants, including strategic planning, effective communication, and decision-making. The objective is to boost productivity and achieve organizational goals with efficiency.
Furthermore, the program is designed to foster positive leadership values and behaviors, thereby contributing to the success of administrative operations, and to equip participants with the necessary skills to navigate through changes effectively.
The curriculum encompasses a range of key topics, such as administrative leadership and institutional change, strategic and administrative planning, work organization and leaders' rotation, effective communication skills, artificial intelligence, and decision-making methodologies.
Through a blend of applied lectures and practical, individual, and group activities, this program is structured to cultivate new skills and deepen the participants' understanding, thereby enhancing their ability to engage with diverse situations.
