Muscat: The Board of Directors of the Social Protection Fund (SPF) and its entirety have extended their gratitude to His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik Al Said for his benevolent directives, which have allocated OMR 72 million towards the financing of the family support benefit. The SPF Board of Directors and its members are deeply appreciative of His Majesty's unwavering interest in the social protection framework and his dedication to enhancing the welfare of Omani citizens.
The SPF holds the conviction that this allocation will significantly contribute to the betterment of society at large. The Fund and its members reaffirm their pledge to execute the Sultan's visions and aspirations for a robust and sustainable social protection framework, in alignment with the objectives of Oman Vision 2040.
In a statement, the SPF expressed, "The Board of Directors of the Social Protection Fund and its members are profoundly grateful for His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik Al Said's sustained interest in the social protection framework, and his substantial directives to allocate OMR 72 million from the general budget for the state's expenditure on the family support benefit."
