Muscat: During a ceremony conducted at Al Murtafa'a Camp on Sunday, Maj. Gen. Mattar Salim Al Balushi, Commander of the Royal Army of Oman (RAO), gave the Royal Commission Certificate to Lieutenant Suhail Ahmed Al Mukhaini Bahwan, a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS) in the United Kingdom.
The RAO Commander congratulated the newly commissioned officer on his graduation from military training.
Several RAO high officials attended the ceremony.
