Muscat: The Royal Academy of Management (RAM), in partnership with the Supreme Judicial Council, has introduced the Najiz Programme aimed at bolstering the judicial competencies in Oman.

Targeting 59 presidents of primary and appeal courts, this initiative aligns with the nation's strategic vision to enhance and streamline judicial procedures. The programme is designed to improve judicial leadership and provide court officials with the essential knowledge and tools to deliver prompt and effective justice.

The Najiz Programme focuses on increasing efficiency and promoting leadership excellence, thereby strengthening public trust in the legal system and improving institutional performance within the judiciary.

Meticulously crafted to develop adaptive leadership and managerial skills crucial for court presidents, the Najiz Programme allows participants to refine their strategic and creative thinking, decision-making, change management, and stress management abilities, while also enhancing their communication skills with various stakeholders.
