Muscat: Today, the Royal Guard of Oman (RGO) celebrated the graduation of several military music batches. Additionally, the RGO commemorated the graduation of a joint musical troupe consisting of the Royal Cavalry band and the Royal Camel-Mounted Band at the Royal Court Affairs, as well as the scout music band of the General Directorate of Scouts and Guides.
Under the patronage of Maj.Gen Salim Ali Al Hosni, Commander of the Royal Guard of Oman, the ceremony took place at the RGO headquarters. It commenced with a comprehensive overview of the theoretical and practical stages of the training courses, which aimed to equip the musicians with the necessary knowledge and skills.
Concluding the ceremony, Maj. Gen. Al Hosni presented awards of appreciation to the outstanding students and distributed graduation certificates.
