Bausher: On Monday morning, the residents of Bausher in the Muscat Governorate hosted a reception as the royal motorcade of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik made its way to the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque for the Eid al-Fitr prayers of the year 1446 AH.
The community expressed their joy and gratitude, voicing their loyalty to His Majesty the Sultan, the leader of the renewed Renaissance. In return, His Majesty acknowledged the crowd, appreciating their heartfelt sentiments and warm reception.
To commemorate this royal occasion, a festive event titled "Bausher Rejoices" took place in the square of the Wilayat of Bausher. Traditional arts groups from the area showcased their talents, performing patriotic songs and anthems.
The celebration featured a variety of traditional arts, including a national poetry evening with contributions from several poets, as well as horse displays by a group of skilled riders.
The event was sponsored by Ahmed bin Hilal Al Busaidi, the Wali of Bausher, and was attended by several esteemed members of the Shura Council, members of the Municipal Council, along with numerous citizens and residents.
