Muscat: On Sunday, the Royal Army of Oman (RAO) commemorated the inauguration of its women's military music band.
This initiative is designed to underscore the significant contributions of Omani women and their distinguished participation in both national and international events.
Vice Admiral Abdullah Khamis Al Raisi, who serves as the Chief of Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF), presided over the launch of the women's military music band during a formal ceremony. The occasion was graced by the presence of several SAF Forces commanders, as well as senior officers and personnel.
