Muscat: It is anticipated that isolated rainfall will be observed across the Al Hajar Mountains on the forthcoming days of Sunday and Monday, 6-7 October 2024.
In a formal announcement, the Oman Meteorological Department has reported: "Cumulus cloud formations persist, and there exists a possibility of sporadic rainfall across the Al Hajar Mountains this afternoon. The following day, Monday, it is probable that cumulus cloud activity will escalate, characterized by varying intensities of rainfall. This may be accompanied by thunderstorms, active downdraft winds, and the potential for flooding in valleys."
