The discussion included a review of the key performance indicators from the previous year, such as institutional commitment, oversight, beneficiary satisfaction, as well as metrics related to digital transformation, communication, engagement, and other developmental initiatives undertaken in the governorate, ensuring that policies and programs align with the needs of citizens.
Additionally, the meeting provided an overview of the performance evaluation for 2025, detailing changes in evaluation methods and the weighting of relative indicators compared to prior years.
The identification of key priorities for this year was emphasized, along with a clarification of roles and responsibilities among the various departments within the governorate.
