Muscat: The North Al Batinah Police Command has confiscated 61 motorcycles, eight electric bikes, and 447 bicycles due to violations of traffic laws, disturbances to public order, risks posed to road users, and contributions to traffic congestion. Legal actions are currently being pursued to address these infractions.
In a different case, the North Al Sharqiyah Police Command arrested a suspect linked to the theft of silver jewelry and other valuable items from two residences in the Wilayats of Al-Qabil and Jalan Bani Bu Hasan. Legal proceedings have been initiated against this individual.
