Muscat: The Civil Defence and Ambulance Department (CDAA) firefighting units successfully contained and extinguished a fire that originated at a farm, subsequently spreading to the housing facilities for the workers. It is reported that one individual sustained injuries in the incident.
The CDAA stated: "The firefighting units within the department of Muscat Governorate were dispatched in response to a report of a fire at a farm, which subsequently spread to the housing facilities for the workers in the wilayat of Seeb. However, the units were able to effectively control and extinguish the fire."
"The incident led to injuries for an individual who received immediate emergency medical attention and was subsequently transferred to a hospital for further treatment," the CDAA further elaborated.
