Zanzibar: Today, Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi, the President of Zanzibar, was graced with the presence of Khalid Hashel Al Muselhi, the Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Administrative and Financial Affairs.
Throughout the duration of their meeting, the focus was on delving into the potential areas of mutual cooperation between Oman and the government of Zanzibar, with a particular emphasis on economic, cultural, and heritage sectors.
Both parties expressed a shared enthusiasm for enhancing bilateral relations across various domains.
In addition, the Undersecretary engaged in discussions with Hassan Khamis Hafidh, the Deputy Health Minister of Zanzibar, addressing the possibilities for cooperation in the health sector and strategies for furthering this collaboration.
The proceedings of the two meetings were also attended by Said Salim Al Sinawi, the Consul General of the Sultanate of Oman in Zanzibar, along with several officials from both nations.
