Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, is set to host the 3rd edition of the ICEF Middle East Scholarship Forum on Sunday, February 16, 2025.
This two-day event will focus on evaluating scholarship, qualification, and training programs in alignment with the national visions of the Middle East. It will also explore significant opportunities for student exchanges and research collaborations, while seeking to strengthen partnerships between regional higher education institutions and their Omani counterparts.
Additionally, the forum will assess international benchmarks related to higher education and national capacity-building, as well as address challenges associated with scholarship programs.
The event will feature participation from officials, stakeholders, and decision-makers from the GCC, along with representatives from over 60 universities and international institutions that offer leading scientific programs relevant to the skills and specializations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR).
