His Highness the Emir of the State of Qatar expressed pleasure in the strong fraternal relations existing between Qatar and the Sultanate of Oman, commending the firm stance taken by His Majesty the Sultan, as well as the Sultanate's pivotal and wise role in addressing issues and challenges through dialogue, peaceful means, and diplomatic channels.
