Muslim World League Welcomes Decisions Of Extraordinary Arab Summit

Mecca: The Muslim World League has expressed its approval of the resolutions made during the Extraordinary Arab Summit concerning the Palestinian Cause, which took place in Cairo.

In its statement, the League conveyed its unwavering support for the summit's outcomes, which affirm the rights of the Palestinian people to freedom, dignity, and independence, while also condemning the harsh actions and ongoing violations perpetrated by the Israeli occupation government against international legitimacy.

The League firmly rejected any form of displacement of the Palestinian people from their homeland, regardless of the name, circumstances, justifications, or pretexts used, as well as any efforts to annex portions of the occupied Palestinian territories. It reiterated the necessity of fully executing the second and third phases of the ceasefire agreement and backing international coalition initiatives aimed at realizing a two-state solution.

Furthermore, the League underscored the statement's call for the enforcement of the ceasefire agreement in Lebanon and denounced Israeli assaults on Syria.
