MoE Makes Statement On The Death Of Students

The Ministry of Education (MoE) has issued an official statement regarding the tragic loss of nine students in flash floods in North Sharqiyah governorate on Sunday.

Dr. Ali bin Humaid Al-Jahouri, Director General of the General Directorate of Education in Muscat Governorate and the official spokesperson for the Ministry of Education, conveyed the Ministry's deepest condolences to the families of the students who lost their lives in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate.

Furthermore, the official spokesperson emphasized that one of the students' guardians had picked them up. He also highlighted that the Ministry of Education prioritizes the safety and well-being of all students.

The State of Kuwait, through its Ministry of Foreign Affairs, expressed sympathy and solidarity with the Sultanate of Oman in the wake of the tragic incident that claimed the lives of 12 individuals, including students in the wilayat of Al Mudhaibi.

Additionally, the State of Kuwait extended heartfelt condolences to the government and people of the Sultanate of Oman, as well as to the families of the victims.
