Muscat: The Ministry of Education, through the Directorate-General of Curriculum Development, is launching a training program focused on the creation of interactive digital lessons utilizing the iSpring Suite software. This initiative is aimed at 25 employees who are experts in e-learning and is being conducted at the Specialized Institute for Vocational Training for Teachers.
Throughout the training, participants will gain insights into the planning process for developing interactive digital lessons, including the creation of lesson templates. They will receive comprehensive knowledge on various aspects of interactive lesson design, effective learning strategies, and the advantages these methods offer to both educators and students. Additionally, the program covers theoretical foundations of educational content design and essential principles for crafting e-learning materials.
Participants will also receive hands-on training in constructing interactive slides, as well as recording and editing presentations. This includes learning various design methods for interactive slides, selecting suitable slide formats for different topics, and applying kinetic and textual effects. Furthermore, trainees will practice creating interactive dialogues, developing scenarios between two individuals, and transforming these into engaging, interactive experiences for learners.
The objective of this training program is to equip participants with the skills necessary to design digital lessons using advanced digital tools and interactive technologies, fostering an engaging and dynamic learning atmosphere. This approach allows for the diversification of information presentation methods, catering to the varied needs of learners and promoting a deeper comprehension of the subject matter.
