Muscat: On the 7th of the week, Dr. Abdullah Nasser Al Harrasi, the Minister of Information, was honored with a visit from Karam Gabr, the Head of the Supreme Council for Media Regulation (SCMR) of the Arab Republic of Egypt, in his office.
The purpose of this meeting was to discuss and strengthen the relationship between the Sultanate of Oman and Egypt, focusing on ways to further enhance cooperation between the two nations.
During the course of the discussion, a variety of media-related topics were addressed, including the exchange of knowledge in the areas of electronic content, training, and technical advancements that support contemporary media practices.
Additionally, the conversation expanded on the significance of media in fostering the Arab cultural identity, nurturing generations that adhere to genuine human values, and promoting mutual comprehension among diverse cultures.
The assembly was also graced by the presence of Mohammed Said Al Balushi, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Information, Khalid Mohammed Abdul Halim Radi, the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Sultanate of Oman, and representatives from the Ministry of Information.
